Product: A digital service for couples that allows them to create joint accounts with automated ownership rules and penalties for withdrawal.
User: Couples (married or unmarried) who want to formalize their financial obligations without involving lawyers.
Goal: Eliminate gray areas in the joint budget by embedding the terms for terminating agreements (exit logic) directly into the product logic.
Bilateral Negotiation Framework
Designed a mechanism for bilateral agreement on terms (“offer — counteroffer — acceptance”) that replaces a legal contract with an interface.
Proof of Concept Validation
Created a highly detailed architectural specification (B&W Prototype) that enabled the startup to validate the viability of its business model in tests prior to development.
